THEYA LED
Each Raman spectrometer has a distinctive spectral response, which affects the intensity of relative peaks in the spectra collected by the instrument. This is due to the fact that each spectrometer will have an individual optical design or specific components, such as probes, lenses or gratings, and so it is necessary that each instrument is corrected for relative intensity to account for any variances.
The most common way of correcting the instrument’s intensity response is the use of certified reference materials (CRM), a method adopted and promoted by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), other traditional sources of intensity correction are the use of white light irradiance sources, but these are complex to use for the average Raman user.
Unfortunately, the number of available samples and cost makes them very limited to Raman users and manufacturers.
Meet our cutting-edge ELODIZ THEYA LEDs engineered to provide an accessible, off-the-shelf alternative to traditional certified reference materials (NIST CRM) for Raman relative intensity correction. ELODIZ LEDs offer unmatched reliability, consistency and cost-effectiveness, setting a new standard in calibration sources available on the market today.
THEYA LEDs ensure a stable relative intensity correction with Raman instruments operating at 532nm and 785nm wavelengths. Each of our LED undergoes rigorous testing against its NIST counterpart to guarantee consistent results across various types of relative intensity correction (RIC) materials and each is accompanied by a certificate of traceability and reproducibility demonstrating our commitment to the quality of our products.
Features:
– Stable and reliable.
– Available to use in 532 and 785nm Raman systems, others to follow shorly.
– off-the-shelf and affordable.
– Response match with NIST 2241 (785nm Raman systems) and 2242a (532nm Raman systems) standards for data reproducibility.
– Traceable irradiance light sources.
– can be revalidated and recertified.
